“...I reached out to The Agile Group once I realized that my current process and stratgies were not working and though I interviewed a few directors for the opportunity, none of them were of the quality that I was looking for. The Agile Group walked me through their very detailed process and stratagy for the search and came up with the perfect fit one week later. The process was seamless and I can focus on patient care again..."

Recognized as industry leaders in healthcare recruitment, TAG creates a tailored approach with a unique combination of streamlined methodology and the knowledge of our industry experts. It's designed specifically to help you target your next impact player and deliver them at the pace your group demands.

Our research methodology and industry reputation combined with professional solicitation techniques help to overcome the barriers to identifying and approaching the passive job seeker.  We keep clients continuously informed with regular updates and our progress tracking reports offer complete transparency during the search process. The Agile Group gives its clients access to a wide range of search options, including:

  • Retained Search - A dedicated search team is created to fill a position in a short and specified period of time. The team puts full resources into filling the position as quickly as possible. The employer agrees to only use TAG as its search firm and a retainer is paid prior to the start of the recruiting process. Retained searches are more practical for companies who need to fill a position in a hurry or for upper level management and director positions.
  • Contingency Search - The most common type of search that is designed to fulfill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings. The employer is not restricted to TAG and a fee is paid once a candidate is hired by the employer.
  • Confidential Search - A search that is utilized when confidentiality is paramount. This is often done when an employer is looking for a replacement employee prior to terminating the current employee or when a new position is being created. A confidential search can be a retained or a contingency search.
